1. Introduction and Scope

centrexIT ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our QuickBooks Online Integration application ("the Application"). This policy applies to all users of the Application.

By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of service-related communications.

7.4 QuickBooks Online Data

You can revoke the Application's access to your QuickBooks Online data at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings or the Intuit App Center.

7.5 Cookie Management

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect Application functionality.

7.6 California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

7.7 European Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.

8. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country. By using the Application, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.
